How it works

1

Reserve on Luma

Every session is listed on the Grain of Salt SF Luma calendar with its own date and price.

2

Join on Zoom

Sessions are planned as paid, virtual live discussions on Zoom. Joining details are shared with confirmed registrants.

3

Work the frameworks

A timed, small-group walkthrough of the four-layer framework, amplification math, and live Q&A on current treasury companies.

What sessions cover

  • Bitcoin per share and ownership geometry
  • Amplification: preferred-funded Bitcoin, the residual-return equation
  • Net debt leverage and cash buffers
  • mNAV valuation — and when the market is irrational
  • Digital credit: STRC, SATA, and variable-rate perpetuals
  • Live Q&A on current treasury companies

Live Session Rules

These rules apply to all Grain of Salt SF live sessions. They exist to keep sessions focused and to reduce spam, unauthorized access, and disruption.

  • Signed-in Zoom account required. Create your account and sign in before joining. A free Zoom account is sufficient.Create a Free Zoom Account
  • Registration details. Your Zoom display name must match the full name you registered with, and you should use the same email address for your Zoom account and your event registration. We check waiting-room names against the approved registration list; if a name can't be verified, admission may be delayed or denied.
  • Arrive before the advertised start. The admission window is the first five minutes, and the presentation begins approximately 7–10 minutes after the advertised start. Expect approximately 50 minutes of teaching and discussion; sessions may run over.
  • Five-minute cutoff. The cutoff is measured by when you enter the waiting room, not when the host processes your admission. If you arrive later, you may not be admitted. No refunds are offered for late arrival or for not meeting the joining requirements, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
  • One ticket, one person. Each ticket admits one person. Sharing your join link or attending under another identity is not permitted. Anyone who disrupts a session, harasses participants, or gains unauthorized access will be removed without a refund, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
  • Devices. You may join by phone, but a laptop or desktop is recommended so you can follow the charts and screen-shared material.
  • If we cancel. If the organizer cancels a session, you receive a full refund.
  • By registering for a session, you acknowledge these joining requirements and session rules.
